Jeremy Cohen is a trusted advisor to CEOs, boards, and leadership teams on strategy, organisational transformation, and the leadership implications of Artificial Intelligence. With more than 25 years of experience leading global consulting, software, and insight businesses, he helps organisations translate technological disruption into clear strategy and effective organisational change.

Most recently Jeremy served as Global Managing Partner – Consulting at VML, part of the WPP global network, where he supported WPP and its multinational clients in transitioning to WPP’s AI operating system. His work focused on aligning AI priorities with business strategy and enabling the organisational change required to capture meaningful value from AI.

Earlier in his career Jeremy served as CEO EMEA at Kantar Consulting and held senior leadership roles at Geometry Global. He began his consulting career at Accenture.

Jeremy is also a qualified Executive Leadership Coach and works closely with senior leaders navigating the strategic, cultural, and organisational challenges of AI-driven transformation.

Her approach bridges the gap between business strategy, technology opportunity, and practical execution—making advanced technologies understandable, actionable, and commercially viable.

Lisa holds an MBA, MSc Dip in Digital Marketing and is a graduate of Harvard Business School Online AI Essentials for Business 2025.
